For travel advisors & creators
You know where your client should go. What takes the afternoon is typing it out, sequencing it, and formatting the document. Ryoko does that part.
From $29/month. Your branding on every itinerary you send.
The honest pitch
The expertise is yours: the supplier relationships, the room you know to ask for, the judgement about whether this couple wants Positano or Praiano. What we take off your desk is the two hours of typing that stands between the decision and the document.
01
File a trip under a client name and it lives in your workspace under whose it is. Thirty clients, not one trip — and no separate “move” step to remember.
02
Your business name, logo, email, phone and website on the PDF and on the link you send. The client’s call to action is “contact you”, not “sign up for Ryoko.”
03
Give a colleague a seat and they get everything you have. Take it back and the access stops the same second — not at the end of the month.

What happens if you stop paying
If your plan lapses, every itinerary you have ever built stays readable and exportable. What stops is the professional layer — editing your branding, filing new trips, and sending exports under your own name. We think holding a travel advisor’s client files to ransom is a bad way to run a business, so we didn’t build the ability to do it.
Questions
On the PDF, no — it carries your business name, logo and contact details. On the share link your brand leads and the button says “Contact you”; there is one small line at the bottom saying the itinerary was built with Ryoko, because the page is hosted here and we won’t pretend otherwise.
They give you a very good builder. You still write the itinerary. Ryoko writes the first draft — sequenced, timed, with real venues — and you edit it. That is the whole difference, and it is the two hours.
One person with their own login and full access. Pro is sold per seat from one to twenty-five; Studio includes five. Give a seat to a colleague and they get everything you have; take it back and their access ends immediately.
No, and it will never say it has. Ryoko plans; you book through your own suppliers and consortia, exactly as you do now. Prices in the app are labelled as estimates until a provider returns a real quote.
You do. Export any trip at any time, and export your whole account from Profile. See the privacy policy for how it is stored and the terms for workspace specifics.
Yes. The free plan builds one complete client trip, end to end, with no card. You will know inside ten minutes whether the draft is good enough to send.
